Elisa is a Senior Principal Consultant at Jupiter Intelligence, specializing in climate risk and
resilience, ESG reporting, and strategic partnerships globally. With a background in geopolitics
and defense—including half a decade at NATO HQ—Elisa brings ten years of interdisciplinary
expertise in risk management, climate, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement. She is
passionate about advancing climate adaptation strategies and inclusive leadership in
cross-functional teams.
Elisa holds a BA in International Political Management from the University of Applied Sciences
in Bremen (2016), as well as an MA in Political Science from Heidelberg University (2019) and
an MBA with Data Analytics from Nottingham Trent University in the UK (2024).
